Breakfast is nonexistent, interesting location. The room is undecorated, shower drain not working, no air conditioning and no window screens.

The building blends perfectly into the Umbrian landscape, and the room was super clean and welcoming, equipped with every comfort. Owner Andreina was very hospitable and kind, offering great suggestions for places to visit and where to enjoy top‑quality local cuisine.

The location is strategic, just a 5‑minute walk from the wonderful village and about 15‑20 minutes by car from other nearby towns. The room has a rustic style, is cozy and clean, with a modern bathroom that has all the comforts. The lady greeted us with friendliness and maximum availability. Bonus: on‑site parking. The mattress was a bit too soft, but that might just be a matter of personal preference.
