The rooms are comfy, breakfast is solid, and overall cleanliness is good, yet there were cockroaches in the parking lot and an elevator cleaning cart was left unattended during rush check‑out, blocking space.

Everything else was excellent, but the coffee machine left me wanting; they should have offered regular creamer instead of the machine’s mix, perhaps dry creamer to last longer, and I prefer adding my own creamer because I didn’t like the coffee it made.
