Everything was fine, and everything felt comfortable.

The room was a good size and breakfast was nice. Most staff never smiled and didn’t seem courteous, unlike many places where service is a highlight.

The hotel staff were superb, welcoming, and always ready to help. Thanks to top management for nurturing them. The location was good, close to Venice Mall. Rooms and breakfast were very good. Special thanks to Mr. Prince, who was always smiling and welcoming—a true prince.

The people were friendly, the restaurant service good, and the room comfortable. Nothing else to note.
