The location is perfect! Close to everything! The staff communicate efficiently and quickly! The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed too! The bathroom had curtains instead of a proper shower enclosure.

To put it mildly… the location. The place is old and dirty. Doors are broken. The bathroom overflowed from the toilet and shower. The door seemed forced open. The room I booked had air conditioning that didn’t work, so they used an 80s‑era dusty fan instead. There was a lot of noise and strong food smells from the street restaurants. Towels were missing. The staff entered the room knowing we were inside without calling, and all of this happened in one night.

The location and price were the best parts, but the windows didn't seal properly, letting in outside noise at night and light early in the morning.

The location is right in the center of Lisbon and close to tourist spots, so you can walk or use the metro; I've stayed here before and it offers good value. The building is old and the bathroom steps are high, which could be an issue for seniors.

The place is more than great and clean, but the décor is very old and definitely needs a refresh.
