Nada. No respetan las reservaciones realizadas por las diversas plataformas de reservas. Sobre venden las habitaciones. La habitación ya la había pagado en booking y llegó al hotel y no había habitaciones disponibles. El recepcionista Mario sobre vendió las habitaciones y con un; disculpe usted te dice que no hay habitaciones. 😡😡 Y eso también lo hicieron con otra persona que reservó por expedía

“Buena opción pet friednly con excelente ubicación”

The location is fantastic, and I also love that it’s pet friendly because there are very few options in León that are. We were told that the restaurant had just changed management, so it wasn’t operating, and I thought the pool was a deep pool but you can’t actually swim.

The rooms and beds are spacious. The location is 2 blocks from the San Juan de Dios neighborhood. It would be good to have a microwave and mini‑fridge. The shower door should close completely. The bathroom space is small.

“Bonitas estancias, fuera de lo común que se encuentra en otros hoteles.”

I had a great stay, everything was perfect. The only downside was that outside the hotel there weren’t many places to eat, especially on Sundays and Mondays, which made it hard to find restaurants.
