“Não voltarei”
The restaurant was fine, but the air conditioning only cooled and never heated, which was unpleasant—SP was 13 degrees. The pillows were terrible, and the bar service was awful: it took 20 minutes to make a drink.
The location and value for money were great. Nothing else to comment.

The room was brand‑new and newly renovated, the bed and pillows were excellent, and the breakfast coffee was very good. I switched rooms because the first one I stayed in was old, even though the bed was great.
Comfort was good, but there was a lack of communication between the booking site and the hotel.

Excellent location, comfortable and spacious rooms, spotless cleaning, the corridor on the floor I stayed on was always fragrant, breakfast met the standard, and the gym was above average. Staff were friendly and attentive.
