Nice location with very friendly reception and good breakfast. Our room had no real terrace with city view, only a window. The room was also not really in a cave, more like new construction.

The price was low, the staff was SUPER SUPER CLEAN—especially Graziana (reception and breakfast)—and the facilities were generally nice and very special. Two dehumidifiers were in the room and stayed on all the time. The air conditioner couldn't remove the heat they produced, and it was around 35 °C during the day on those two days—so it was already very hot! There was also a musty smell, which was extremely unpleasant and was the reason we cut our trip short by a day. In the corner behind the bathtub there was water, and I'm not sure if mold had already formed there—I didn't want to look closer, but it definitely smelled that way… Unfortunately… And on the walls there were niches where candles must have stood, and the wax had dripped down the wall.

The location was great and the room was very pretty and unique, but the mattress in room 24 was old and sagging, the front‑desk guy was not friendly at check‑in, and even during our breakfast time they didn’t refill the limited items like boiled eggs and fogazzas twice, which was absurd.

The setting was absolutely amazing, with a magical view of Sassi. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the staff were very accommodating and offered useful tips. The shuttle from parking was very convenient, though the room lacked coffee and the floor around the bed was a bit poorly cleaned.
