The rooms had nice colors and good location. First, the staff lacked judgment when I had to leave due to force majeure; they wouldn’t refund the remaining days, so I had to file a complaint with Booking, present the reasons, and they didn’t reply. I called again and was told to wait until Tuesday for a response, which caused more trouble. I called Booking again, re‑presented my reasons for leaving, and showed pictures of the bedspread with white and brown spots, giving a bad experience. Also, the owner told me the spots were tartar and that I could remove the Booking complaint. In the end, I got a refund of 80000 from the total 135000 paid, having stayed no nights at the hotel, just paying for the time I spent seeing the stains; my friend didn’t want to stay.

Everything was very clean, easy to connect to Wi‑Fi, and there was a very large TV available. They blamed me for a chocolate stain on the duvet, threatening to charge for cleaning, even though I hadn’t bought any chocolate; the next day I had chocolate that was still factory sealed.

Great location, comfortable, tidy, clean, and the staff were attentive. If I wanted coffee and a tasty bite, it was all inside the hotel—excellent.

La ubicación fue de lo mejor, ya que tenía la playa a minutos, almacenes, supermercados, restaurante y el mall plaza cerca. Lo siguiente diría que la decoración es maravillosa, muy innovadora. El agua no salía caliente, era levemente tibia, y la cama rechinaba pero era cómoda para dormir
