The whole staff provided excellent service; Winnie made us feel at home, the bed was very comfortable, and the location is great. The coffee could be better, and a full‑length mirror would be nice in the larger room.

The location was good, but it needed a renovation.

The location near Zócalo was great, but the furnishings were old and the towels needed replacing. Breakfast starts at 8:30, which is late if you have a full day planned.

Nothing good. The rooms were ugly, stinky, and damp. The building was under renovation with loud construction and workers had to enter my room because the main water valve was there.

The place is beautiful and the location is unbeatable; I’ll definitely stay there again on my next visit to Oaxaca. The only downside is that they only offer breakfast and have no restaurant service.
