“Mala atención”
Rooms were gorgeous, but the lounge was a mess and the staff seemed clueless. We didn't get breakfast and nobody was around to help. Overall, the stay was a mixed bag.

Francisco, the manager, was super professional and made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. There are plenty of activities to keep you busy, and the view of the reservoir is amazing. Plus, it's close to Guatape.
