The location was lovely and the staff were wonderful. I booked a wheelchair‑accessible room but didn’t receive one; it was not truly accessible and didn’t meet ADA standards. A wheelchair‑accessible room shouldn’t just let you reach the door.

The hotel was well maintained, but they didn’t offer a late check‑out.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was excellent, breakfast was very good, and parking was free. However, there’s no microwave in the rooms (only one at reception) and the rooms facing the I15 are noisy.
