Nice hotel. The air‑conditioning in the room wasn’t cold enough.
“Aceptable”
I loved the breakfast menu; it’s the best part of the hotel because it’s varied and not spicy. Congrats. First, I paid for a pricier room than those who didn’t book through Booking, yet breakfast wasn’t even included. I ended up paying 260,000 rupias more than my companions for the same room type. Second, the air conditioning doesn’t work—it’s either loud or doesn’t cool, so it needs maintenance.
Clean. The mattress moves.
The staff were friendly. The location was a bit confusing.
