I liked the food and especially the staff’s behavior. The resort’s ambience was nice, but the area felt cramped. The overall décor was colorful. During the day‑long package, more people entered and it became crowded, suggesting the space is too small or the organizers don’t limit daily visitors. I didn’t enjoy the daily package; based on the resort’s size, they should better manage how many guests stay at once so others don’t feel crowded.

The hotel's surroundings and views were lovely, but the service was a letdown. The reception staff were rude and inflexible, especially when it came to checkout time. They forced me to check out early, despite my prior requests, and didn't help with transportation arrangements. To top it off, they forgot my previous requests, which added to the hassle.
