The staff were lovely and the location was excellent; check‑in was easy and straightforward. However, the rooms had some cleanliness issues, and the first‑floor room had a noticeable smell. We decided not to let it ruin our stay because the staff were welcoming and helpful. Overall, the convenient location and friendly service made for a positive experience, and I would still recommend staying here.
“ありがとう 感謝してます”
Thank you for accommodating my last‑minute request to check in early for MISIA’s concert; the front‑desk staff were delighted to help, and even if it was just part of their job, it made me very happy.
The location is great and the room is spacious.
The rooms are spacious with good facilities. The location is great and the staff are friendly.
“整體非常乾淨整潔，空間也大，離車站近，晚上也很安靜很好睡”
The place is huge, just a short walk from both the bus stop and the subway, and there are plenty of local eateries nearby that are delicious.
