The accommodation was very clean, check‑in was a breeze and the staff were always easy to reach. The downside was that every morning between 6 am and 7 am a rooster and some chickens from the neighboring farm woke us up, as the stable sits right under our window. That’s out of the owners’ control, but it made the early hours noisy.

We stayed in a nicely sized apartment that had all the essentials and more, and the check‑in process was simple with quick replies to any questions. The price‑performance ratio was excellent, so I’d recommend it without hesitation. Parking can be a bit tricky when the building is full, although we always managed to find a street spot.

The brand‑new apartment had everything we needed – dishes, cookware and the like – making it a solid place to stay. Its location is fairly far from the city centre, so getting around without a car is difficult. We also spent a while fiddling with the TV without much success.

Our time at bergRESORT was fantastic – the apartment was spacious, came with a fully stocked kitchenette, and the garden with seating was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of hiking. The peaceful surroundings made it an ideal base for exploring the nearby national parks. I’d definitely book again.
