Aventis is conveniently located near the beach—just a five‑minute drive over the bridge. The online deposit was quoted as 50, but in person a 100 hold was placed on the card.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but I had to ask for coffee cups and drinking cups. The microwave was dirty, there was no hand soap, ants were present, and we had to request towels for a guest we paid for. The floor was sticky, and the website advertised breakfast which was not provided.

The room was very dirty, with everything swept under the furniture, trash under beds and tables, and stained towels. The AC was extremely loud, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all. Overall, not a good experience.
