“Decepção”
Booking the Devotos Inn turned out to be a disappointment. The place looked cozy in the photos, but in reality it was awful and the reception was a tiny gate that made us hesitant to enter. We had to find another hotel, which added unexpected costs; we’re trying to get a refund. The site should verify properties before partnering. The location was terrible, parking was far from the inn and the streets felt like a slum. We paid for a different hotel that was nicer and are still seeking a refund.
