The mattress was good, but the kitchen was a mess—microwave dirty, dishes sometimes covered in food. While eating, a sewer pipe above the ceiling leaked occasionally, ruining the appetite and making a loud dripping sound that was hard to ignore. Inside the room, foam on the ceiling wasn’t sealed with film, so it floated and made breathing impossible when the window was closed; formaldehyde levels were high, and the window also had a faint foam odor.

The location was convenient and the price reasonable, yet the place was very dirty, the Wi‑Fi barely usable, the mattress hard and thin, and the owner seemed not very friendly.

It was inexpensive and the towels were fine, the beds were acceptable, but there was a strong odor, water stopped multiple times, and despite being new the property felt run‑down and slightly rancid.
