The team were extremely helpful, pointing us to good restaurants and even the location of Domruš, yet one of the shower heads was broken.

The room was good, but the fridge didn’t work, there was no hot water in the sink, the cold water pressure was poor, and cleaning only happened once in 11 days.

A horrible odor came from the bathroom, and the toilet leaked so that when my trousers touched the floor they got soaked.
