“Goed hotel met mooie kamer, fijne douche, goede matrassen en goed ontbijt.”
It’s located in a quiet spot with nice views from the 36th floor. The staff don’t speak English but try their best with a translation app, and breakfast is generous.
位置好, 離地鐵站近. 一開始分配到的房間有菸味, 反應後換了一間房
Great hotel and good location near restaurant and amazing view. The room was spacious and good standing. No concierge, had to struggle with 4 luggages .also had to clean your clothes yourself. It would be nice to include concierge and room service too

The location is convenient—just a few minutes’ walk to Nanyou Metro Station, a direct passageway to Raffles City shopping mall, and easy MTR access to Shenzhen Bay Port—but the room is smaller than expected, especially the toilet and bathroom, and the buffet breakfast offers limited choices with hours starting at 7 am, which isn’t ideal for early‑morning travelers.
