What a find. an excellent place to stay in Pula, perfect location in the old town. We stayed 1 night, & spent the evening on the balcony! The studio is great for 2 friends (us) or a couple, more than enough room, spotlessly clean, very comfortable. very much recommended. We didn't meet the owner but communication & info/instructions excellent. Nothing - it's lovely!

The place sits right on the walkable route to all the main spots in Pula and has a cute street‑facing balcony. It’s a small apartment that works well for one person or a couple, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom, however, lacks an extractor fan and smells damp, the shower cubicle is tiny, and the street can get noisy even with double‑glazed windows.

The location is perfect, close to restaurants and a bus stop, making it easy to reach the beach or the shopping center outside the city center. The place feels cozy with a balcony, and everything promised was there.

The apartment was spotless and situated in a great spot. The owners were friendly, helpful, and always responded quickly. All major sights and stores were nearby, and we especially enjoyed the nice balcony. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we truly enjoyed our holiday here!

The location was excellent, right in the heart of town. I loved sitting on the balcony watching people pass by. The owner is a lovely man who kindly drove me to the bus station on my last day and let me check out a bit later. The entrance was rather dirty with many cigarette ends, and the outside door is very heavy. It would be nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in.
