Only the location was decent; everything else was awful. The towels smelled damp and old, the rug was dirty and stank, and the worst part was the lack of ventilation—just one window opening onto a shared patio that couldn’t be left open without closing the curtains, offering zero privacy. The fan was on the verge of falling and did nothing, so I had a terrible night and would not recommend it at all.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, with a Smart TV and internet. The location is great if you want to go to the city center or the Poliforum. The room is small, and the bathroom laundry area is also small; there is a fan but it doesn’t cool enough. Access to the facilities is easy if you don’t have a car, but when I drove my car it was a bit tedious because there is no staff to open the gate. I also had a bad experience parking in the garage for two minutes while I was getting instructions to enter, and the neighbors in front were impatient, rude, and started taking photos and videos to call the police. Going through that alone is enough reason for me not to return.
