I appreciate the friendly staff and their help. Upon check‑in, the hotel policy required me to pay $100 in cash for potential theft of items. The hallway and especially the room carpet were very soiled, smelly, and dirty—so much so that I didn’t even want to walk barefoot on it. The mattress was of poor quality.

You have to pay an extra $50 and then $5 for every day you stay for parking. The breakfast wasn’t all that great; it’s mainly for kids. The pool was closed.

When I stay at this location, the staff is fantastic! The night desk person, Ms. Nancy, went out of our way to help my wife and me. Amazing! Our room was very quiet and peaceful. Couldn’t have asked for better. The breakfast is the only down I’m. Again, the staff in the breakfast area are nice but the food… especially, the potatoes, is not.
