“No se ajusta al precio y expectativas”

You’re alone. The owner shows up for 10 minutes in the morning, puts out the offerings and that’s it. We only got the room for one day. The air conditioning didn’t work, and even though it was fixed the next day after we reported it, the first night was awful. All they gave us was a small fan as a fix. They didn’t know we’d arrived, didn’t know about our included breakfast, and there’s no one on site to handle any issues. Plus the photos in the listing are of the pool area shared with another establishment, not the actual rooms.

The room was tidy and located conveniently, but the kitchen lacked cooking utensils, the lamps had no bulbs, there was no way to clean the toilet, and the amenities were very basic; the view overlooked other buildings instead of rice fields (the rice fields shown in the photos are on the opposite side of the road). It’s acceptable for a night or two, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays.

“once they have everything built, it will definitely be a value for money stay”

The bungalows that were already built were quite nice, yet I was given an unfinished bungalow with a dirt yard while workers were still constructing it, and the swimming pool was surrounded by construction materials.

“I will book again if I visit Ubud.”

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rates were very reasonable, and the rooms were clean and spacious; I would definitely return.
