The experience was pathetic, disgusting, and I was extremely disappointed, especially with the attitude and behaviour of the staff.

This is a very good hotel. I have stayed here twice, and both times I had a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.". Nothing in particular. Everything was good."
