The front‑desk staff were caring and efficient even though we arrived at 1:00 am, two hours after the time we had indicated on the reservation, and the hotel offers all kinds of international plugs in the rooms.

The staff and the price were good, but sometimes the cleaning was not perfect—for example, the kettle had trash in it.

I didn’t actually stay here; they double‑booked me and I had to wait until 12:00 pm the next afternoon to get another hotel, and the service was terrible—they were still trying to charge me.
