“Budget friendly with motor bike”

I had a wonderful stay at Boomerang Guest House in Unawatuna and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and affordable beach getaway. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful Unawatuna beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It’s ideal whether you want to relax by the ocean or explore the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially loved the balcony space, which offered a nice spot to unwind after a day out. What really stood out was the hospitality. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything—from local tips to arranging transport. They made the experience feel personal and relaxed. For the price, this place offers excellent value. It’s a great choice for travelers who want a simple, budget-friendly stay in a prime location. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Unawatuna

“Disgusting”

Nothing except the location. The hotel had no electricity from morning to evening, no generator, and it was extremely hot outside.

I stayed at a beautiful spot with a balcony right on the beach, and the warm shower was great, though there was still a bit of work to do; unfortunately, renting a scooter was only possible with an international driving licence.
