The pool and the reception were great, but the buffet food was disappointing.

The food was tasty and varied, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room had a bit of mold in the bathroom and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work very well.

The security man and the receptionists were smiley and polite. 1) The air conditioning in the hotel was a disaster 2) No wifi in the rooms most of the time 3) The service in the restaurant is bad and some of the restaurant staff were rude and not helpful 4) They didnt accept to give us water bottles during day time for our toddlers in the room

The food was outstanding, with a varied breakfast, lunch and dinner offering many options and excellent grill dishes; the pool is huge, the beach right across is superb, especially in the morning, and a big thank you to Salima at reception, a classy, respectful lady who always smiles; the room is spacious with a large balcony overlooking the sea.
