The room is great, and there's a bar inside where you can eat. The owner is friendly, and the place sits close to Piazza Cavour. I’d rather take the train to Piazza Cavour instead of Montesanto because it’s less crowded. The bathroom has no door, which could be inconvenient if more than one person stays; the owner should add a door.

The place is well located, the staff are available and Lucia is especially kind. One room has a small window high up in the courtyard that can’t open, and the bathroom is dark. Since it’s in Naples, a more complete breakfast would be expected.

The host is kind and helpful, the checkout time is flexible, and the check‑in is very accommodating. Nothing to mention.
