Lovely cosy bedroom -Central Dartford

The place is in Dartford and has parking. However, it was very dirty: the kitchen was trashy with no dustbin, floors were unkempt, and the bathroom/toilet was disgraceful. The room was tiny and dingy, almost like a bathroom. There was a lot of noise, and the bed was dirty and creaky. It’s sad to offer such conditions to guests.

“Temporary base for work”

The spot was ideal, the bed comfy, and a fridge in the room was handy for this weather. Having kitchen access was a big plus, with everything needed for meals. The room advertised a flat‑screen TV, but it was missing; I managed with Wi‑Fi and my laptop. The overall cleanliness felt a bit grimy, but otherwise the stay was comfortable, thanks.

“Ok if desperate and need cheap place.”

I was glad to have a place to stay; the bedding was clean and I slept okay. I managed to park outside without trouble. The lady I met in the kitchen was very friendly, and I felt safe in the area. The temporary walls next to the kitchen were very thin, so people were a bit noisy cooking. The lighting was odd and took me a while to figure out. The shower was in the toilet, so I’d get wet feet when I went to the toilet after showering, and I had to remember to take toilet paper from the room because none was kept in the toilet. Although there was a sign for tea and coffee, I found no tea, and it wasn’t clear what I could use in the kitchen.

The bedroom is clean and suitable for short stays, but it sits right next to the kitchen and the walls are thin, so I could hear both the cooking and other guests talking, making it hard to rest.

The location is good, but the shower differs from the one shown in the advertisement.
