The location is convenient, right in Times Square Mall. The room had a window that looked out onto another room’s window, which was blurred but had no curtain, and when the light next door was on it was very bright in our room.

The spot is great, the room is big, breakfast was solid, and they let me leave late. Checking in was a bit of a maze and some people were less friendly, but the mist was a big help.

The hotel has perks: it’s right on top of a Shopping Centre with everything you need, the buffet breakfast offered plenty of options, and the pool was nice and almost empty so we had it to ourselves. The room looked old and out of place for a 5‑star spot, and when we arrived they didn’t have the king‑size room I’d asked for; instead we got two king singles squished together. I could have upgraded to a king‑size bed but they’d charge extra, and I’d already paid more than I wanted, so I stayed in the original room. They also don’t provide face washes.
