“WARNING for Business Travelers: No Invoice Provided! Unprofessional management. Dirty room.”

I stayed here for business and they outright refused to issue a legal invoice or receipt, even after I asked multiple times, which made it impossible to claim the expense; if you need a receipt for company or tax reasons, do not book here. The front desk was slow at both check‑in and check‑out despite having a reservation, and the staff were not especially helpful. The security deposit was high and was taken without justification, only refunded after repeated follow‑ups. The hotel has too many strict and odd rules that complicate the stay unnecessarily. I felt that extra charges and policies were handled in a non‑transparent, unfair way. The air conditioning was very loud, the shower had low pressure and often lukewarm water, and housekeeping was inconsistent. The entrance was poorly marked, hidden, and unwelcoming. Overall, the lack of compliance with basic business needs, the many restrictions, operational inefficiencies, and neglect of guest comfort made for a disappointing and unprofessional experience. I will never stay here again and cannot recommend it.
