Location, cleanliness. Facilities like there is no room/mini refrigerator even in deluxe category room esp when you dont have kitchen/ food facility at the premises. No washroom amenities provided except one very poor quality soap

The location was great and the bed was comfy, but the view was terrible and the windows weren't soundproof.
