The hotel looks beautiful and the front‑desk team is very friendly! However, the checkout time listed on Booking says 1 pm but it’s actually at 12 pm. I also requested an iron that was burnt and stained my shirt, so the equipment needs cleaning or replacement. Additionally, the restaurant staff weren’t very attentive and could improve their service. I’m a strict guest, so please work on these aspects.
