The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the bedroom and living room had excellent space, which was the thing I liked most about the stay. Unfortunately, the smell of smoke was very strong inside the apartment despite a no‑smoking sign, and the odor persisted throughout the stay. The cleanliness was also very poor; the floors were not clean, and there was hair and dirt in several places in a disgusting way. The apartment was located on a street far from the Haram, and the Uber fare to get there was about 25 riyals. I also arrived in the morning and was asked to pay 50 riyals for early check‑in, whereas many other hotels do not charge for that if the room is ready. Overall, the apartment was spacious, but the cleanliness, odor, and location had a big impact on my experience.
