The hotel was clean, yet they called me halfway to the hotel and said there was no two‑bed room left for me. “How could this happen?” I asked. “I received a confirmation for my booking,” they replied. “You got the confirmation, not from us.” “If you don’t want the single‑bed room, cancel your order.”
