The reception and the staff’s kindness stood out; they booked all our activities for us, everything ran smoothly at reasonable prices, the spot was perfect for visiting Nusa Penida and close to shops and restaurants, we even got a late check‑out because our activity ran over time, and they arranged our transfer to Gili for us at the port—everything was flawless.
