I booked the hotel online, went to check in, and the front desk told me there was no room available, so I didn’t get a refund!

Nothing, as I was denied check‑in. I booked and paid, but when I arrived I was met at the gate by an older man who said the place was full and that I had to go to a nearby guesthouse on the street after JM B&B, where he claimed they had arranged my stay. To my surprise, when I got there the gentleman told me there was no arrangement for me and they could not help. I called back JM B&B, and no one answered. It was late, so I had to go back and find another accommodation. Very disappointing 😞

The location is nice, but the cupboards and sheets were dirty, the shower door was broken, there was no staff to open the gate in the morning, the contact numbers didn’t work when I tried to reach them, and the neighbors were noisy.
