The spot was great, the reception was pleasant. The room was small and in need of renovation, and the old building was poorly insulated.

The location was good. The bathroom and toilet door wouldn’t shut, there was only plastic for tea or coffee, no milk or complimentary biscuits, and there were no drawers in either bathroom, so I had to live out of a case.
