The room was clean, yet the reception staff were unhelpful and responded poorly.

The hotel is new and well-suited, but there is no parking available.

The place smells clean upon entry, the staff are very friendly and attentive, they talked about local traditions, brewed coffee on the spot, and room service is excellent; however, the bathroom lacked a vent or window.

The room and bathroom were clean, but the breakfast was lacking a restaurant, the neighborhood felt unsafe, and the hotel’s security seemed minimal.
