“Disappointed”

We were let down big time, especially by the host. They said checkout was at 12:00 but at 10:00 we were told to leave. Even after explaining we weren’t ready and the booking said 12:00, they were rude and wouldn’t budge. The place has serious damp and mould that the photos didn’t show, mainly in the bedroom, bathroom and shower, with a strong mouldy smell that makes the air feel bad to breathe. The bed was clean and comfy, but the price is way too high for these conditions. Totally poor value for money.

The bed was comfy, they were flexible with check‑in, and the air‑con worked well.

The host wanted to help but only speaks Italian. He didn’t know we were coming, the room wasn’t ready, it faces a busy street and is noisy, the facilities and décor are old, and the price‑to‑quality ratio is bad.

Sleeping with the view of the ceiling sometimes feels like an old‑style residence. The owner is very kind. Nothing negative.
