“Great Location and views”
We enjoyed a wonderful 3‑bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of the west tower. It was a very good size for the 6 adults who stayed. Having a laundry in the room was great. The location was excellent, with the Bowling Club across the road for dinner. Getting to the Beach Boardwalk and into town was easy.

The place was well situated, rooms were clean and tidy, and the beds were high quality. If the building had a lift that would help a lot.

The location and warm pool. There’s not much to offer and the room is pretty outdated. There’s no sign for housekeeping to not make the room, first day housekeeping did our room then the remaining days they just changed our bins and toilet paper
The location was good and the place was clean. Nothing else.
“Many Happy Returns at The Observatory”
The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming as always. The views were amazing over the water. Hand wash, shower gels, etc. were fresh and fragrant. The bed and pillows were soft, the blanket/bed cover was grey nylon, soft and dreamy—much better than the usual white cotton covers. The milk supply was decent. The pool was warm and inviting, as was the spa and sauna. The Mantra Observatory was my favorite part of the hotel. The penthouse was spectacular, massive in size with everything you need, books included. More coffee pods would have been good, only 2 were supplied for 3 days. A hand wash in the kitchen would be nice. More tissues were needed; the one box supplied was nearly empty. There were no pegs for a clothes airer.
