The place was spotless and had all the amenities I needed, and the location was great; the staff were professional and friendly. The room didn't have enough towels, but the front desk was quick to give me more when I asked.

We had an enormous amount of space in our room, which was fantastic.

The staff were very nice, but they told us the pool and sauna were closed in 2020, even though they were advertised. The mattress was lumpy and felt like sleeping on concrete, so I had terrible sleep all weekend. When a 10‑year‑old kid ran around causing a mess, the staff just sat by and did nothing. The elevators smelled like marijuana all weekend.

The property is clean, very affordable, and close to BWI, and I liked that I didn't have to go through the Arundel Mills loop to get there. The key cards can be easily deprogrammed.
