The staff were nice.
The hotel was very comfortable, and we were lucky to get an upgrade in our room.
Everything was great, nothing was lacking.
“We have stayed many times in Madowlands, many times with a group. Very enjoyable.”
We appreciated the staff at the Breakfast Room, especially one lady (no name) who went above and beyond. We brought our mugs from the room because we don’t like the small cups at breakfast, and each morning she was ready to heat our two mugs before tea was served—a small but lovely gesture. Thank you, staff member. One night we had a drink in the bar and didn’t like the high chairs. There were small tables near the bar, but they were marked “Reserved,” so we had no option and only got one drink.

It was a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a good choice. The building felt a bit worn in some spots, probably because of a very busy season, but overall it was a lovely stay.
