They’re an unknown renter, a web company operating under a fantasy name; I entered my Visa card details on Booking, but the company insisted on handling the payment themselves and demanded a contract on their terms, acting unilaterally even though I declined the written contract online and couldn’t complete the supposedly 5‑minute smartphone agreement. On arrival, the only phone support was in English, and there was no check‑in or on‑site representative; they claimed check‑in could only happen via remote communication. Because of the illegal card charge without consideration, I intend to sue; they never even provide a valid address or identify the natural or legal person keeping my money without a successful contract. “Vorne hui und hinten pfui”

The beach and shopping street are close, and booking the room and parking worked well. The room was small but clean, with fresh towels and a coffee machine plus kettle. At arrival, the entrance wasn’t obvious, and the back entrance block was a mess—no welcoming view, a trash bin and a very unkempt terrace. Other guests helped us, but there was no reception or staff to ask. Front was good, back was bad.

“Alles in allem hat alles gepasst.”

The storage was excellent, and communication with the host and cleaners was superb. The fridge didn’t really keep things cold.
