“Poco espacioso”

The location is unbeatable, right next to the metro station and several bus stops. The room has heating, the mattress and sheets looked clean, a small wardrobe with a couple of hangers, a hairdryer, free Wi‑Fi, a towel warmer in the bathroom, gel and shampoo included, and hot water. The room couldn’t accommodate three people, the sofa bed was uncomfortable, there was no space for anything, a couple of spiders were present, only one towel per person for the whole stay, and the bathroom was very small.

The small fold‑out bed is a nightmare – poorly made and very uncomfortable. In the shared bathroom, if someone paints the walls or adds trim, please give a heads‑up instead of doing it later; stains appear on clothes. The location and cleanliness are very good.

“No es nada cómoda la habitación”

The neighborhood and transport links were great, everything we needed was around us, and Candem was spectacular. However, the room was very uncomfortable: no proper hanger for coats or towels, the room was tiny, the 80 cm sofa bed covered the small wardrobe and couldn’t be used. The street was noisy at night, with various external sounds, and the windows didn’t seal well. It was not comfortable to stay there for five days with all your belongings unorganized. It needs a redesign; it’s not functional for more than two days.

“Doble si, pero triple no!”

The location in Candem was perfect, the room was clean, and the staff were very attentive via WhatsApp. The room was extremely small for the price we paid, the sofa bed was sagging, and it wasn’t a triple for three adults – even my 7‑year‑old daughter couldn’t sleep comfortably on it because it sagged in the middle. The sofa bed was difficult to open and was very dirty; we only managed to cover it with a sheet. I don’t recommend it for three people.
