The owner Sylvia was very charming and efficient. Sylvia speaks multiple languages and goes the extra mile on hospitality. She had a room ready for us despite our early arrival. The building was in wonderful shape, the room was very spacious, immaculate, and quiet. The breakfast was very satisfying (yogurts, breads, meats, cheeses, made-to-order eggs and cappuccino). The location was a perfect base for touring Alto Adige or taking a nice hike (any difficulty level). Many good restaurants in the area. This was an excellent value and I would recommend these accomodations highly. Not applicable - everything was spot on
