The pension is on the outskirts of the city, yet you can walk into the center in about half an hour on a quiet street. Street parking is available and not a problem even for a motorcycle. The room is fairly spacious, but there’s no blackout option for the windows, so you’re woken by the morning sun. The walls had insect‑related stains and weren’t very pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom, though a bit dated, was clean. Breakfast was modest, with packaged items and no fresh produce, but acceptable. The host was kind and, given the August heat, handed us a bottle of cold water upon arrival, which was appreciated since we were traveling by motorcycle and were quite hot. The room’s condition could use better maintenance and overall care.
