The young man who received me and the staff were extremely good; he could work at a 5‑star restaurant. He speaks good English, is interested, and very helpful. He’s a pleasure to deal with—real class. He definitely deserves a raise and can run the hotel like this! The pool is beautiful, nicely decorated, and the food is good. The mosque is audible, and it could use some maintenance here and there.

This different hotel has character. The staff are polite and friendly. The rooms are a bit tired, and the bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning. It’s not quite a 4‑star place. When we arrived there was a bad smell in the bathroom and room, which got slightly better during the stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The villa was beautifully decorated with art, everything was tidy and well taken care of. The food was tasty, and the location was great—close enough to the city center to enjoy it without being too noisy. For the level of luxury you get, the price was reasonable.

The place is amazing, very comfortable and clean, and it's easy to get around, just a short walk from Malioboro streets. Everyone there is so friendly. I asked for breakfast for my little one and thought she could have it later, but they said it wasn’t allowed in the room. Apart from that, everything was fine.
