My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some pleasant surprises and a few disappointments. While the hotel's interior design and cleanliness were impressive, the air-conditioning system left much to be desired. Unfortunately, it was outdated and failed to provide the cooling relief I needed during my stay. Despite this, the hotel's friendly staff and convenient location made up for some of the shortcomings.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the second time and appreciated its convenient location near the BITEC Bangna convention center, making it perfect for early meetings. The hotel's proximity to BITEC made it easy to get to. However, I did experience some issues with the shower drain in the bathroom, which was clogged and caused water to accumulate while I was showering.
The water was dirty, there was no internet, and the construction smell was unbearable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or offer a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, with the cleaners doing an impressive job of keeping the rooms spotless throughout my stay.
